Actor Rajpal Yadav who will next be seen in Total Dhamaal has been sentenced to jail for three months by Delhi High Court over the non-repayment of the loan amounting to Rs 5 crore which he took in 2010. Actor Rajpal Yadav who is known for his comic timing in Bollywood is currently facing legal troubles. The Delhi High Court ordered Rajpal Yadav a three-month prison as the actor failed to repay the loan. The actor and his wife Radha reportedly took a loan amounting to Rs 5 crore for their directorial venture Ata Pata Laapata which they have not repaid till date and now the action against the same has been taken. As per the Tweet by ANI, Yadav is under a police custody already. The tweet reads 'Delhi High Court: Actor Rajpal Yadav sentenced to 3-month civil prison & was immediately taken into custody by Delhi Police for failing to repay a loan of Rs. 5 crore which Yadav & his wife Radha had taken in 2010 to make his directorial debut with Hindi film 'Ata Pata Laapata'. Talking about the film, Ata Pata Laapata released in 2012, the film was Rajpal Yadav's directorial debut and the actor himself played the lead role in it. The film was produced by his wife Radha. Apart from Rajpal Yadav, Ata Pata Laapata starred Asrani, Om Puri, Ashutosh Rana, Manoj Joshi, Govind Namdeo, Dara Singh, Vikram Gokhale, Vijay Raaz, and Satyadev Dubey and others. The film was a flop and didn't receive good reviews too.
