Normally, the incidents of torture of wife by the husband are heard, but there is a case in front of the High Court where a husband is standing as a victim and accused of being harassed on the wife. Physically, 90 percent of Divya's victim is accused of being victimized by his wife who tortures him in various ways, causing his life to be in danger. While relying on her husband's allegations, the High Court directed the SHO of the respective area to assess the alleged threats and torture she received from the person and immediately provided her with security. Justice Najmi Waziri's Bench directed the SHO of the respective area to assess the threats received by the petitioner Sanjeev Sharma and provide them protection. He also instructed the investigating officer to talk to Sharma's wife. Explain to the petitioner about the security and tell that no one has permission to take law into the hands. Apart from this, the High Court has asked the police officer to provide the number of two policemen in the respective area to the petitioner who should be operated all the time. This is so that the petitioner can contact the police in any case in an emergency. Advocate Aditya Agrawal, on behalf of Sharma, filed this petition in the High Court. It was alleged that Sharma's wife was torturing him in different ways. Both live separately Teacher's petitioner in the government school is physically incompetent. According to the allegation, his life is in danger. According to Sharma, his wife kills his child too. Continuing the allegations of harassment, Sharma said that Divyang, that his wife persecuted him before the whole school. The Bench issued notice to the petitioner's wife and has directed that both parties appear at the Midness and Consolation Center on August 27.
